Europe deals in Kayak, Expedia etc.?

I heard sometimes you can get crazy cheap deals at sites like Kayak/Expedia for destinatios such as Europe. Is there any particular time of the year when these are available? Lemme know! Thanks

Avoid school holidays like Halloween, Christmas, Easter, mid-term break etc….also flights are usually cheaper on a Tuesday and Wednesday….weekends are the most expensive.
