Whats are other holidays for Children – similar to Butlins and Haven in UK and Europe?

I am keen to know about holidays which involve activities for kids of age group 5-8 – potentially involving cartoon characters. We have been to Disney Paris and Butlins in last year – our reaction Disney – too expensive, Butlins Bognor – Dirty Linen even in Gold Apartment, ok activities. So we are looking for something with clean self catering accomdation and lots of childrens activities.

Pontins is another, I don’t know what it is like these days, I last went 22 years ago when i was 5. We’ve booked to go to Butlins in Minehead this year. I have been several times and never had a problem there.

  3. Euro camp are good. You can stay in ready tents or mobiles. Some parks have lodges and apartments. Mostly in france.

  4. Centre Parcs and Oasis (plenty of them round U.K) are large resorts where a family can easily be entertained for a week. My Brother and Sister-in-law go every year with their two young daughters

  6. Haven is Butlins as far as I know but I stand to be corrected if i am wrong.
